Low-income families, seniors and individuals with disabilities in East Carroll Parish will receive essential support through a $4,000 grant from internet provider Sparklight. Awarded through the Sparklight Charitable Giving Fund, the grant will help East Carroll Community Action Agency provide food, essential supplies and utility assistance to neighbors in need.
