Our in-parish subscribers and people who buy the East Carroll Banner on the newsstand will find the Banner’s first stand-alone Voting Guide, but all East Carroll residents should have free access to our 2026 Voting Guide. So we have removed the paywall so you can read nonpartisan information about the candidates, constitutional amendments, and local ballots.
For the elections that have been held since we took the reins of this newspaper, we have published information we thought might be helpful for voters – interviews with candidates, nonpartisan explainers for complicated constitutional amendments, and sample ballots.
We decided this year to make this information available as a pull-out insert in the regular Banner edition.
We hope it gives citizens in East Carroll a little more information beyond the yard signs, posters, and small billboards scattered across town, to put words with the names you see on social media or on those campaign signs.
