Recently, Jacob Brister was sworn in to practice law in the State of Arkansas. He is now licensed in three states: Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. By passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, also known as the Universal Bar Exam, Brister now has the option to be admitted to practice law in an additional 38 states. With this, he hopes to never mention the words “bar exam” ever again!
