The Lake Providence Junior Auxiliary held a resume workshop with General Trass High School seniors (at right) on November 14. Local attorney and JA member Janna Kiefer discussed with those in attendance the importance and the content of a good resume, as well as interview process do’s and don’t’s. Ma’Naiya Perkins (above) was the lucky winner of the $500 scholarship from the Junior Auxiliary, picked randomly from those in attendance. Perkins will receive the scholarship money at graduation.
