Shamari Rice will graduate from the University of Louisiana at Monroe this weekend, earning a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. A long-time volunteer with the East Carroll Parish Library and a member of Friends of the Library, Shamari has shown what it means to lead with heart and purpose, said library staff.
